All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit is required to secure your place, and full payment is due by the specified deadline prior to the trip. We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, or local conditions. By booking, you agree to abide by our travel guidelines.

Refund Policy

We aim to be as flexible and traveler-friendly as possible, while maintaining fairness and operational stability. Please review the following:

Visa Rejection: If your visa is denied, we will refund your payment minus a $150 administrative fee.
Cancellation 30+ Days Before Departure:
- You may cancel with a refund minus a 20% fee.
- If possible, we’ll help you rebook for a future trip for a very small additional charge.
Cancellation Within 30 Days of Departure:
- Cancellations within this window are generally non-refundable due to confirmed reservations and fixed costs. That said, we handle each case individually and will always do our best to find a fair resolution — including potential rebooking or partial credit, if circumstances allow.
Non-Refundable Deposits: Unless otherwise stated, all deposits are non-refundable.
